    Shelf Life

    Shelf life is five years from the date of receipt for this product as long as this product is stored in its original packaging in an environment below 80° F (27° C) and 60% RH.

    What is the composition of Waterproof Breathable Membrane (ePTFE)?

    e-PTFE is prepared from dispersed PTFE powder by thin film stretching and special surface treatment process: the thickness is generally 10~40μm, and the micropores are generally 0.1~10μm.

    Waterproof breathable membrane has the following features

    1. Greatly reduce fog and condensation;

    2. Can make the equipment have better heat dissipation effect;

    3. Reduce design and manufacturing costs, universal parts and easy installation;

    4. Protect sensitive electronic and inductive products;

    5. Greatly reduce the failure of electronic and inductive products caused by salt corrosion;

    6. High air permeability can reduce the stress of the housing seal strip by balancing the pressure;

    7. Long service life and trouble-free maintenance in harsh environments, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-ptfe) film can prevent salt crystal moisture and water permeability.
