    PE back glue liner application?

PE gaskets are commonly used for bonding, sealing and isolation applications in electronics, automotive, medical devices and other industries. It can be used to bond various materials such as metals, plastics, glass and ceramics. In addition, the PE rubber gasket can also be used for waterproof, dustproof, heat insulation and other functions. If more detailed information is required, it is recommended to consult a professional in the relevant field.

    PE foam gasket shelf life?

PE (polyethylene) foam gaskets usually do not have a specific shelf life limit. They can maintain their physical properties and structural stability for a long time, especially under appropriate storage conditions. In order to ensure the best shelf life of PE foam gaskets, it is recommended to store in a ventilated environment that avoids direct sunlight and high temperatures, and try to avoid contact with chemicals. This maximizes its service life and maintains its performance.

    PE foam gasket characteristics?

PE foam gaskets usually have the following characteristics: Light weight: PE foam gaskets are made of polyethylene material, so they are light in weight. Durability: Good tear resistance and wear resistance. Good buffer performance: can provide good buffer protection, can reduce the impact of external impact on the packaging of goods. Thermal insulation: PE foam gasket has a certain thermal insulation performance, suitable for packaging items that need to maintain temperature. Waterproof and moisture-proof: Under normal circumstances, PE foam gasket has a certain waterproof and moisture-proof performance, which can protect the packaged items from moisture. These characteristics make PE foam gaskets widely used in packaging and protection fields.

Water-based coating adhesive is made by emulsifying acrylic or polyurethane resin with water as solvent through special emulsifying equipment.

Oil-based coating adhesive is made by dissolving acrylic or polyurethane with oil-based solvent (toluene, DMF, butanone, etc.) as solvent.
Hot melt adhesive is a solvent-free, water-free 100% solid fusible polymer. It is a solid at room temperature, heated and melted to a certain temperature into a liquid that can flow and has a certain viscosity.

    Water glue

    1. Advantages:
Water as a solvent, cheap, environmentally friendly, generally non-toxic and odorless, glue itself non-combustible, a wide range of solid content, a wide range of viscosity, can use high concentration of high molecular weight materials, can control penetration and wettability, some water adhesives can achieve good water resistance and bonding strength.

    2. Disadvantages:
The curing time is long, the curing time can be shortened by heating the drying cylinder, the water resistance is weak (can be improved by adding curing agent), the initial viscosity is not good, the bonding strength of the difficult material with small polarity is not ideal, the freezing will occur at low temperature, the fabric shrinks, the paper wrinkles or curls, will be polluted by some metal utensils, corrosion of some metals, slow drying, poor electrical properties.

    Oil glue

    1. Advantages:
With organic solvent as the solvent, the curing time is short, less energy consumption, good water resistance, drying rate and opening time are wide, resulting in high initial adhesive strength or viscosity, and the bonding strength of difficult materials with small polarity is better than that of water adhesive.

    2. Disadvantages:
It is not environmentally friendly, the solvent is volatile, the lower the solid content of the oil glue smell greater, the glue itself is flammable, the smell is easy to stimulate the respiratory tract, some organic solvents and certain toxicity (such as benzene, toluene, xylene, will cause serious damage to the cardiovascular system), the non-porous dense material surface coated with glue need to wait for the solvent volatilize completely before the fit, otherwise easy to foam.

    Hot melt glue

    1. Advantages:
The packaging and shipping cost of the unit material is low, does not freeze, does not require drying and drying equipment, is easy to bond impermeable surface objects, quickly produce bonding strength, good storage stability, continuous adhesive film, water resistance, not through water vapor.

    2. Disadvantages:
Special application equipment is required, the viscosity and temperature limit make the strength limited, will decompose under continuous heating, the control of the glue amount is poor, may need to preheat the adhesive, high energy consumption.
